KL Engineering recognizes that highly accurate and cost effective survey data is essential to the success of any design project. With this concept in mind, we provide advanced electronic survey capabilities - developed and managed by a highly experienced staff. KL has crews equipped with the latest Geodimeter robotic total stations and Trimble GPS. With these robotic survey instruments, many jobs formerly requiring two-person survey crews can be completed by one person with the same accuracy and amount of time, resulting in significant cost-savings and reduction on processing time.

Our expert survey department has completed topographic and property boundary surveying for public and private clients throughout the state of Wisconsin. We have prepared multiple right-of-way plats statewide for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. All of our plans and plats are prepared in CAiCE and Microstation CAD format, thus enabling us to provide our clients with the latest technology and capabilities available.
