- KL Engineering has been selected by WisDOT to provide construction oversight during the 2012 construction season for the following projects:
- Lynndale Drive and the Telulah Avenue overpass in the Appleton area.
- US 41 in Brown County.
- East Washington Avenue in Madison.
- The I-94/WIS 65 interchange and the County B bridge in St. Croix County.
- WIS 170 in Dunn County.
- WIS 40 in Chippewa County.
- KL Engineering's work with WisDOT on the US 41 Corridor Study in Brown and Oconto counties was recently featured in the Green Bay Press-Gazette. Read the article here.

- KL Engineering has been selected by WisDOT to complete the design of I-39 in Rock County, from State Highway 11 to the Rock-Dane County Line.
- KL Engineering has been selected by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) to provide the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) office with technical assistance to DBE firms desiring to work on WisDOT projects.
- KL Engineering has been selected by WisDOT to complete the final design of US Highway 12 from I-90/94 to Ski Hi Road in Sauk County.
- KL Engineering recently completed the design of the State Highway 26 Watertown Bypass. Construction of the bypass began in 2009 and is expected to be completed in 2012 with a total construction cost of $90 million.
- We would like to welcome Brian St. Vincent to our staff. Brian recently obtained his Masters of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
- To help support the new Fitchburg Public Library, KL Engineering donated $1,000 to the Fitchburg Library Fund.
