planning and engineering disciplines within the framework of the
National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

Environmental Assessments (EA's) and Environmental Reports (ER's).
Environmental

has completed
resource impact evaluations; design and application of
storm water and wastewater treatment for wetlands; storm water pollution
prevention plans, sound and air quality studies, natural resource
restoration and management, and permit applications for public, private,
and government clients. KL Engineering is a member of a team that holds
a Master Contract with WisDOT for Environmental Services; KL also worked
with WisDOT over a three-year period on two native prairie restoration
projects.
