The construction management team at KL Engineering offers its clients a full range of construction services for a wide variety of projects. We specialize in both urban and rural roadway construction management, including water main and sanitary sewer systems, bridge replacements, grading, asphalt and concrete pavement, street lighting and traffic signals.

Our award-winning services include construction management and observation, staking and material testing. The construction management personnel at KL Engineering are certified through the Wisconsin Highway Technician Certification Program in nuclear density testing, grading, profilograph, concrete testing and aggregate testing. KL Engineering has a material laboratory certified under the Wisconsin Laboratory Qualification Program with equipment for field testing. We own nuclear density meters and a full range of survey equipment including total stations and GPS.

KL Engineering's diversified, professional staff has been involved in projects of all types across the state of Wisconsin. We are the Management Consultant for the Northwest Region Local Program responsible for construction supervision of 20 counties in Northern Wisconsin.
