CORPORATE HISTORY
For over 17 years, KL Engineering has provided transportation
and municipal engineering services throughout the State of Wisconsin.
Our team specializes in transportation projects and is dedicated to
providing high quality services with an emphasis on customer
satisfaction. We are large enough to provide a full range of services,
yet small enough that our upper-level management personnel are involved
in every aspect of client relations and project development. With this
"hands on" management approach we are able to maintain low overhead
rates, which results in direct savings to our clients.
President Kim Lobdell, who has been in the consulting business for over
thirty years, is the owner of KL Engineering. The firm currently has
thirty staff members including seventeen civil engineers (fourteen
P.E.'s), seven engineering technicians, a registered land surveyor, two
environmental specialists/planners, a marketing professional and two
administrative professionals.
KL Engineering was incorporated in August of 1991 and is a certified
Woman Owned Disadvantaged Business Enterprise with the Wisconsin
Department of Transportation, Dane County, the City of Madison and
Milwaukee County. KL Engineering is also a Small Business Enterprise.
We are confident that KL Engineering has the staff expertise,
experience, and technical capabilities to serve all of your engineering
needs.
